Day 2: Genting Highlands and Batu CavesFollowing breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Genting Highlands for a captivating experience, featuring a one-way cable car ride. Nestled at an elevation of 1,740 meters within the Titiwangsa Mountains, on the border of Pahang and Selangor in Malaysia, this hill resort is managed by Genting Malaysia Berhad. Accessible by car in just one hour from Kuala Lumpur, or through two cable car options—the Genting Skyway and the newer Awana Skyway (3.38 kilometers, the world’s former fastest and Southeast Asia’s longest gondola lift). En route, explore the Batu Caves, a limestone formation with cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia, before relaxing at the hotel.
